What makes these candles unique?

Each candle is hand-poured in small batches and packaged with love for the ultimate spooky experience!

How are the candles made?

All of my candles are hand-poured in small batches in Patterson, Georgia!
I use the safest, natural, ingredients, including non-toxic fragrance oil blends, cotton wicks, and all-natural locally sourced soy wax.

Orders & Processing

I need to cancel my order. How can I do that?

I aim to get all orders out as quickly as possible. If your order has not
yet been shipped, you can email me at cesarah@cesarahsspookyshop.com and I will
cancel your order.

If your order has already been shipped, you can return your package, and
once received, you will be refunded in full for your order.

All cancelations must be requested within 6 days of placing the order.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can then clickhereto enter your tracking number and track the location of your package.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Each item in my shop is handmade by me. Current processing times are always listed at the top of the website on the announcement bar. Average processing time is 2-6 business days, but may change during certain times of the year.

Once your order has shipped, USPS in control of the delivery of your package. Every order will include a tracking number. If your order has not arrived in the estimated time frame, please use the tracking number to check the location of your package. If your package seems to be lost, stuck in transit, or arriving late, you can file a claim with your local post office or by going to File a Claim | USPS.

What does processing time mean?

This is the time that it actually takes me to make and ship your item. This does not include the shipping time.

Something in my order arrived damaged or broken. What can I do?

All orders are wrapped thoroughly to make sure they make it during transit; however, I do understand that if a package is handled poorly by the shipping carrier, damages can happen. If this does happen, please send an email to cesarah@cesarahsspookyshop.com with attached photos of the item and packaging!

Do you ship internationally?

Currently I am only shipping within the United States. However, I am working towards adding more international shipping options very soon!

How can I get Free Shipping?

All orders $75+ ship free in the United States!!

How much is shipping?

For all orders $75+, shipping is always FREE. For any other purchases, shipping will be calculated based on your location at checkout.

What is your return policy?

I accept returns within 7 days of your order being delivered to you.

**Custom candle orders cannot be returned or exchanged**

How can I use my candles?

All candles are sold for decorative purposes. If you decide to light your candle, please read through the candle care instructions included with your order! If you make the choice to light your candle, you agree to being held FULLY responsible for its safety & removing ALL flammable materials before lighting while keeping candles away from drafts, children, pets, curtains, etc. You agree that Cesarah's Spooky Shop and affiliates are not held liable for any & all disasters, health concern, sickness, incidents, fire, property/personal damage, etc. By purchasing, you agree to take FULL responsibility for any & all purchases or results of any items from this shop.
