Each item in my shop is handmade by me, Cesarah!
All orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped!
Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 weeks, most of the time sooner depending on the number of orders I have. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by just a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather conditions) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date.
Domestic Shipping Times (Not including processing time)
First Class Package – Estimated delivery time once shipped (2-5 business days)
Priority Mail – Estimated delivery time once shipped (1-3 business days)
Parcel Select Ground– Estimated delivery time once shipped (2-8 business days)
Priority Mail Express – Estimated delivery time once shipped (1-2 business days)
International Shipments (Not including processing time)
***Customers outside of the United States are responsible for any custom fees/taxes/duties. Cesarah's Spooky Shop does not cover, nor are we responsible for, customs fees placed on international orders. ***

*USPS is subject to shipping delays. Delivery times are estimates, and not guarantees. Delivery estimates for all international services do not include customs processing times. Cesarah’s Spooky Shop is not liable for any delays that may occur once your order has been shipped.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking email once the shipping label for your order has been created. (I will create the shipping label on the same day that I ship your order) Please allow USPS up to 48 hours to reflect updates on their tracking page.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If your item is stolen, lost or has gone missing via transit, or if your item has arrived damaged - You can file a claim with your local post office or by going to File a Claim | USPS.
*If your item arrived damaged, and your USPS claim was denied, please reach out to me so that I can file a claim as well!
